All backdrops are measured in feet unless noted otherwise. The first number will be the width while the second number will be the height/length. For example a 5x7 will be 5 feet wide and 7 feet tall/long.
Many of our styles have model shots showcased which may not be the same color/dimensions due to the photographers shooting/editing. The image printed also depends on the size you order. The image shown without the model is printed to the size ordered. So a 5x9 piece may look a lot different than a 10x10 piece. Note that the pattern may be stretched up or out when printing to fit the size you've ordered. If that's a problem please contact us prior to ordering so that we can work with you on the backdrop(s) you'd like to purchase.

Muslin can be folded and canvas have to be kept rolled. Canvas cannot get any wrinkles or bend in anyway this will ruin the canvas. Most photographers use canvas in their studios and muslin for on location. Muslin can be stuffed in a bag and you’re on your way. The width of the canvas is the size of the tube that you would have to travel with.
When you first receive your muslin you should unfold it right away and hang or lay flat on the ground this will help the fold lines release. You can steam the background and this will take the crease lines out.
Canvases ultimately end up being a little more expensive to ship. They must be rolled and shipped in oversize tubes in order to ensure our quality, and wrinkle-free canvases. However, when more than one canvas is ordered, we can ship them together.
We ship with UPS and USPS. If either are a problem in your area simply let us know and we can do our best to ship it accordingly.
We recommend storing your backdrops the way they were shipped. Folded backdrops are stored easily by refolding them while rolled backgrounds must be rolled when stored.
Since all computer monitors are different and have various color settings we can not guarantee exact color matches, but the color will be very close.
Most of the time your backdrop will be the exact size but please note that backgrounds can lose up to 10% in width and height during processing.
