All fabric backdrops are shipped folded and include a sewn-in rod pocket for easy hanging.
When placing your order, please ensure that all details are accurate as orders are automatically forwarded for production. Depending on its position in the production queue, it may not be possible to make changes to your order.
We make all of our backdrops, floor drops, and senior drapes to order, so please allow for the following production timeline:
Lightweight backdrops: 7-20 business days
Heavyweight backdrops: 10-20 business days
Diamond Cloth: 7-20 business days
Floor Drops: 7-20 business days
All returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your product. Restocking fees may apply for backdrops and props. We reserve the right to refuse to refund used, smelling, or hair covered items.

- No refunds for returned items
- We can only offer store credit and replacement orders for damaged pieces.
- We are unable to refund for digital content.
- We do not accept returns for customer items.
- Shipping fees cannot be refunded if your order has shipped
If you were not able to apply a discount code, we will send you the discount to you as a gift card.
Important:
If you are returning an item, please clearly mark your package (in large print) with the RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) you received from us. We reserve the right to refuse your return if the RMA number is not clearly visible on the package.
