We offer our Table Toppers in two different material options. Read below for more details on each of the materials we offer.
DURA DROPS AND BABY DROPS - MATTE VINYL
Heavy-duty matte vinyl backdrops with vivid printed images. They work great for kids, teens, adults and couples alike. Vinyl is shipped, rolled, and hung easily from a stand with clamps. You can easily wipe off the backdrop with a lightly damp cloth, but do not recommend applying too much pressure.
PLATINUM CLOTH - LIGHTWEIGHT CLOTH
Computer painted on a wrinkle-resistant fabric that is both washer and dryer safe. This lightweight fabric will give you the intense vivid color that you have been looking for in a backdrop. Platinum's strength and durability will give you lasting results for years of usage. Cleaning is easy! Just put these backgrounds in the washer and dryer on a delicate cycle to rinse of any additional dirt you might get on them.

We cannot ship a tube larger than 6 feet internationally.
Custom Orders
When you have completed your purchase our graphics department will send you an artist proofwithin 24 to 48 business hours. Once you have approved your proof your order will then
go into production which takes 5 to 7 business days.
Muslin Orders
Muslin takes 6 to 8 weeks for production.Heavyweight Cloth, Lightweight Cloth, Floor Drops
Heavyweight Cloth, Lightweight Cloth, Diamond Cloth and Floor Drops take 7 to 10 business days for production.Vinyl and Poly-Nylon
Vinyl and Poly-Nylon take 5 to 7 business days forproduction.
Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we can only offer store credit and replacement orders.NO refunds for returned items.
We will not accept returns for custom items, seasonal items, CDs, DVDs or other media
All returns must be made within 14 business days of receiving your merchandise.
Restocking fees may apply for backdrops and props.
Shipping costs cannot be refunded. If you were not able to apply a discount code the discount amount will be sent to you as a Gift Card No Exceptions.
Shipping Policy
Orders are processed Monday through Friday.Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping fees are based on your order's weight, destination and shipping method.
Shipping times are not guaranteed.
We make every effort to get your merchandise to you as soon as possible.
Quality workmanship takes time, so please be patient.
Please be aware that ordered items may arrive in separate boxes. We are not responsible for customs, duty or tariff fees imposed at international borders.
Printing Details
We do not color match. Colors may vary from material to material and will vary slightly from what you see on screen. Cost is $25.00 per proof starting on the third proof. Once a proof is sent and you cancel an order you will be charged for the proof fee.
